1. Sexual harassment is a serious issue. A company needs to protect the dignity of women at any cost. You can take necessary steps under the sexual harassment at workplace act. The brief details of the procedure is given here otherwise, you can simply lodge FIR before the police station.
2. Since you have already been terminated, you will not be able to raise dispute under sexual harassment at workplace act. Only option remains is FIR.
3. However, regarding your illegal termination, you can send a notice to your employer asking to withdraw the termination. If that does not work you can raise the dispute before Labour Commissioner and ultimately you will have to raise dispute before the Labour Court under the ID Act (assuming you fall within the category of 'workmen')
