If the salary for an employee is Rs. 10000/- per month.
You are calculating Rs. 384 per day for 26 days instead of Rs.333 per day for 30 days.
Rs. 384x26 days = 10,000/- which is excluding sundays. So if an employee takes one sandwich leave, then the payable days would be 24 days.
so their salary would be Rs. 384x24 days = 9230/-. In which if you calculate on 30 days and an employee takes one sandwich leave, his salary would be Rs.333x27 days = 9000/-.
Explain this to your management and ask them to move to 30 days pattern for calculating pay.
