I got an offer from a London based company. They have mentioned in their letter which i recd thru email, for the positon of Human resource personnel, though they have not given any designation. Now i am in a dilemma, becuase, they have not conducted any interview as such. In fact no consultant has approached me. But i think they might thave racked my cv thru Naukri.Com. Can you kindly give me your suggestion on the following points pl, for which i shall be gratful to you.
1) First of all, they have not conducted any interview. So i wonder how they can select me without interview.
2) The salary they have mentioned is 7500 GBP ( I think it should be Great Britan Pound) + 2200 USD monthly bonus + Comprehesnive health insurance
3) 30 days vacation
4) No job description / KRA's have been mentioned; but have indicated that once i join the company they will brief me about it.
5) They have not mentioned about location of job and accomodation and other facilites which are very much necessity.
6) They have not mentioned anything about VISA.
kindly enlighten me as to how i have to tackle this i.e how to test for the genunity of this offer because they have not interviewd me and secondly and most imp. is it worth to consider this job for the above compensation is it ecnomically viable for me ??(considering the fact that UK is most expesnive in the world, especially London and also i have to think of saving also.
pl. give your valuable suggestion or if you now anyone working in UK, pl. ascertain about this or give thier contact nos and IDs so that i can contact thempl.... It is urgent pl.

There must be a number on the letter you have received. Check the authenticity of the company. I feel it is a bogus because no company pays 2200 USD bonus every month. I bet within a few days you will receive a letter asking for money. So dont react. Just wait, in the meantime check the web for the authenticity of the company. And also call up the company and find out more details. You lose little money that way. If everything is genuine ( which i doubt without an interview), go ahead and join. London is a beautiful place to live.

I feel its not a fair offer, bcz we have our operations in UK and as per my knowledge in UK we do not have much offers for HR Professionals. And the package what they offered is mind blowing, its highly impossible for a HR.
And 7500 GBP is high economical.. my suggestion is not to believe this offer, if so its really genuine wait for a call from the company , take their contact details speak to them and take a decision.

You call them up, they will not even know you believe me. There is no such offer existing. If they are genuine, they will contact you once again. So just hang on there.

This is a very high salary and offered without even an interview. How can you beleive it. In UK, you can have a good standard of living for about 500 GBP, if you have a house. Cost of housing is high in London so add another 1000 GBP to it.
A techy of 5-7 yrs exp gets arround 3500 - 5000 GBP as salary. So what they have offered is not proportionate. I guess you immediately contact the consulate of Britan in India with the contents of the mail. May be they will through some light on the authenticity of the offer.
I personally feel it is FAKE. However, please have it checked once.

That says it all. Don't think at all about the package coz they can mention even 10,000$ but who is there to pay this much...?
Just concentrate on Indian Market only.
I personally feel there are n number of opportunities for good HR professional here itself.
Still if you want to know something about them, just drop them an email to get there information.
I feel no need to call them as they might follow up with you n no. of times.
