Dear HR Professionals,
I Joined in Logistics firm as a Management Trainee - HR&Admin at March 2015. I learned admin activities and some of HR&IR activities. I planned to introduce new ideas in HR, i don't know what to implement. Can anyone suggest me good innovative ideas to implement in HR. On-role employees strength 120nos & Off-role strength 2500nos (Contractors).

Dear GP,
If you are a management trainee, then whom you report to? If HR Manager, then will it be fair to implement something new without his/her consent? Secondly, we need to know what HR practices are followed in your company. Otherwise what we suggest, you could be doing that already. Lastly, you need to have support from the top management as well. Nevertheless, you may call me. Let us find out whether you can do something new.
