Dear Anonymous Member,

I can understand your concern and it is not that you face this problem every fresher will go thru this. Please be patient and concentrate on strengths rather than weakness.

Do not apply anywhere or to any job that you come across. That's the biggest mistake any candidate makes. Search for the job that you feel requires the expertise that you have.

Research for the company before applying to it. Try to find our the company culture and if it fits you.

For each job prepare a fresh resume. Keep following things in mind while preparing your resume

The 1st para should showcase your capabilities rather than asking for a job

Do not include following in your resume :-

a) Photograph

b) Logo of any certification

c) 2 email IDs

d) Hobbies

e) Games. Dance, Drama etc. done in school or college

f) Colourful Fonts

And lastly " I hereby declare that all the above-mentioned details are true to the best of my knowledge and belief." should be totally avoided.

Your resume should be saved with your name and profile and in DOC format only.

Remember the companies you have applied for and in case there is a call show your enthusiasm to work for the company. Remember, companies always hire person who have passion to work for their company.

And don't be dis-heartened, only 35% of vacancies are actually filled with the right candidate rest are time shift arrangement.

Prepare for interview as you would prepare for your exams.

All the best and Good Luck !

In case of any help send mail to and I would surely help you
