As discussed earlier also in this forum, please check the credentials of the company before joining. With regards to your filing a legal case will not fetch more since you are in probation period, please check the probationary clause of your company. They may terminate you without any notice if the clause says so. It is advisable to search a good job instead of wasting time and money in legal tangles.
