Dear all,
Please suggest me what should I do in below case:-
"My HR manager given the appraisal letter that is applicable from 1st oct 2015 but actually it's applicable from 1st Sec. Only, but now they put it on hold as my RM asked the same due poor performance"
I am not understanding what should I do now. Can I go for legal action for this issue?

Is it your real problem or a hypothetical academic query?
If the question relates to your real problem, first be clear, what for you want to go for legal action? In fact, your question is not clear whether you have received only the form, whether you have fill;ed in the requisite information in the form, whether the action of reporting, reviewing and accepting officers is over or not and whether they have communicated you any adverse remark or not about your poor performance?

I got the letter and stated that it's applicable from1st oct 2015 and its signed by or HR head.
Now my manager asked him to put this on hold as my performance is low.
Actually this appraisal is applicable from. 1st dec 2015 but on papers its 1st oct.
So please suggest me what should I do now

Mr. Prashant,
You are still silent on my question, "what for you want to go for legal action?" ........."whether you have received only the form, whether you have filled in the requisite information in the form, whether the action of reporting, reviewing and accepting officers is over or not and whether they have communicated you any adverse remark or not about your poor performance?"
If you don't have any answer to my queries that clearly indicates that you have put merely a hypothetical situation before the members, without any real problem.
If you really have any such problem, can you state the reason for not replying to my queries?
