E.g: What kind of candidates do you need? How many vacancies do you need to fill? What makes you get stuck in recruitment process?

There are no free lunches in this world gentleman. No consultancy does a charity through recruitment services. Pardon me for this straight forwardness.
You say, "And I didn’t how to recruit a candidates now", does this mean you have done recruitment before? have you used job portals services? consultant services? LinkedIn service? but they are all paid. There are few portals which offer you free job postings but their effectiveness is not clear to me yet to suggest you one. Even if I am able to suggest you one suitable, still question remains what kind of profiles are you looking at to recruit, their bandwidth, which industry, how many candidates? Also wherein recruitment process are you stuck?
