Dear Seniors, I am working with a private Ltd company as HR Head since last four years. The location of company is near UP Haryana Boarder in Mathura District (UP). This is declared UPSIDC Industrial Area but still some locals farming and claiming their self interest by showing High Court Orders also dealing with real estate business because with political support, UPSIDC, Police, Local public support. They threat to the employees and employers both. Also collects some money on monthly and quarterly basis from the employers. The actual aggrieved persons are Managers only. Plz advise.

This is organised extortion.
The police and netas are hand in hand with such criminal activities,that is why it is going on.
Your company should complain to SP or DGP if things are that serious.
Higher level intervention can only stop this open extortion.
But take due care as such people can be dangerous.
