Employee F&F and time are defined framed while preparing the HR Policy. It varies from company to company and can be tweaked any time.
Generally Employee has to fill-in the F&F form / separation form and obtain clearance (NOC) from all the department. Few companies clears F&F within a week, 15 days , 1month, 45 days, 2 month
