If any employee leave (abscond) the company after taking November month salary & did not finish 3 month notice period. What actions should be taken against that employee? Please suggest…

Relieving certificate can bear the endorsement of absconding.
FNF can be done deducting dues towards company.
Send a letter to his registered address asking him to complete all exit formalities.
What does your appointment letter specify regarding notice period and other exit formalities?

As per my appointment letter if any body wants to leave without serving notice period then he/she has to give 3 month salary to company...But I do not think absconding employee will pay the same.If we take legal action then it is wastage of time & money too.Please advice
