Dear Friend,

What is ethics? the philosophy of moral rules and values, and the ideas of right and wrong, in between the ethics lie. what is corporate ethics.. none should be demoralised, the commitment to the society and responsibility should not be betrayed for reasons of self development reiterate self development. Here in the question of ethics lay in every one and the organisation, they should oblige to the community for service and wrongly the business carried over in any case should not bring huge profit, here profit squarely take the term of money value, thus, ethics clearly have societal value and personal value tied with the organisational value. Corporate is not a separate entity, all in whole include its people. the question, herein is corporate company seeks the contract agreement of employment.. certainly one organisation should seek the contract agreement of employment for transparency and there is all ethics of respect is involved. Here, there is ethics in employing and contract, a mutual understanding and agreeing to the fact of the service and instruments of respect in terms of payment for the same. We may not bring so many things in writing, for example our response to the employment and agreement/contract should have mutual understanding and there should not be a line of suspicious rules ever written in the contract, in the employment there is no mention of timing/working hours, either the time bound employment may extend beyond the hours or some times curtail in accordance to the service/work in hand in both the cases there is unlaid agreement for without benefits for certain time this is ethics of work/service and we can see such services in medicine/engineering and govt. offices. In certain cases there is clear failure for not seeking employment contract and it is the failure of contract and ethical values of the organisation, yet, there is no clear say there is no ethics, since, some companies/organisations are paying their employees with out proper contract. We can see in retail shops photoshoppers and other establishments clear violation of rules domestic/state shops acts etc., these are some examples where there is violation and ethical values. However, in a corporate world we should adopt to the ethical value and seeking contractual employment agreement is a must to carry on the service code.

best of luck... Ethics never born it is inside us and organisation ....

Dear Sir,
Sorry, for the above and what I mean is, I am working since 15 years in the industry, I never seen the agreements with employees before joining especially in corporate world. Since they have some own policies, as per my knowledge is concern if the corporate company asks the agreement of 3 years before joining is really I felt it as bonded labour, now we are in modern world and also growing such faster with all the applicable labour laws.
My question is simple in this concern:
Before joining the employee the company is asking agreement for 3 years to stand in the company,
in the same way If we don't have work in the company after joining shall the company retain the employee for 3 years is my question.
Please suggest.

There is no bonded labour policy in Indian corporate sector
Every. person is free to seek employment of his choice-free to join and depart subject to some rules.
If a company incurs expenditure on special training, they can ask employee to work for minimum period so company recovers cost of training.
Air india trains pilots on some aircraft incurring huge expenditure, they can legitimately ask the pilots to serve for a certain additional period.
One more point from my side-please avoid spelling mistakes while putting up your query.
Your one line query has 2 spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in sentence construction.
Why spell check is not used before putting on a professional forum?
