Hi All,
I had started my work from a small company in my native which used to provide training and later experience in the field. By using the experience of 1 year i was able to get a job of which i continued to work for nearly 1 year again. Now i am placed in a good MNC and its been almost 1.5 years i have been working. I really don't want to show my initial experience of my first company anymore in my next job which I may seek in my near future but the problem is I was asked to register all my company details in NSR IT but when i checked the same in the portal of NSR IT its not verified. My first company doesn't exist anymore and i really don't want to risk showing experience of this company.
Will I have any problem in my future company if i remove my first experience as i am ready to compromise with my experience which i will lose??
Regards,
Dilip

Hi Mr.Dillip,
Never try to Hide your first company & experience because the experience which you gained in the first company is helps you to climb up to the level where you now.
Just because of the that company not existing now, not necessitated you to hide your experience.

Not a reason to omit the period of service.
You must be having some certificates, proof of having worked there.
