Mr. Debratno,
Probabability is always 50:50. You can get a mixed answer of both yes and no from members. However, falsification of your experience on your part can be caught any time by any company you work for unless the company prefers not to go deep for verification from all the companies you worked for.

Mr. Bebratno,
You have started putting test questions of academic nature, not to the actual problem. Your earlier question to Mr. Mahesh is also of the similar academic nature. The question arises, do you really have any real problem or have posted a hypothetical academic proble,?
Suppose, if I say that these companies verify from all the last employers, will that rectify your deliberate mistake of false experience being shown by you?

You have to see what all fake experiences you have shown in which companies.
If the stay in such a company was not too long probably you can delete it.
The gap can be converted as having some domestic commitment or if you have acquired additional qualification etc, then as studying.
You have the complete picture and have to do it carefully as gaps will be questioned during interview or pre scrutiny of CV.
Past is past and regrets will not help.

Mr. Debratno,
Either you have some hypothetical problem or you are not serious to rectify your mistake. Earlier about 6 months back in November 2015, you intended to contact me with full description through email for which I provided you my email ID, but no such description has been received so far. That shows as if you do not have any real problem. Hypothetical problem have hypothetical solutions for which you have been sufficientlly advised by members. You have also not described, what nature of problem is being there for the present and from which employer. Better avoid quizzes to put the members on test.
