Hi HR Guys,
I left organization Wipro InfoTech. And my manager warned me that he will stop my rehiring to WIPRO organization ( declaring "non performer"). Due to my past conflict with my manager.
Will that really impact my next rehire. Please let me know.

Yes In some MNC managers has access in their software to give remarks related to rehiring in future. And in future if you wish to rejoin these remarks will reflect in HR software while entering your basic details.
You can decide accordingly.
Thanks

Do you feel that the Wipro is the only one organisation in this world to accommodate you in future? If there happened any conflict between you and the manager, better analyse the stituation why that happened and avoid that in future, as what happened in past cannot be rectified by you now.

Conflict with superior Manager is to be considered as Indiscipline. So you find out a mature clearance before quit from the organisation.

I really don't think so.. no manager can stop you to rejoin a organization like wipro, but make sure you are not joining the same branch.. how ever wipro have performance report for rejoiners .. may that effects ..

I am aware of an engineer trainee in Wipro who was asked to leave after training because his mentor manager felt he is unfit to be an engineer. It was recorded in their system. 11 years down the line, the same engineer was head hunted by Wipro for a senior manager's position, because he had done some breakthrough work in his next job where he lasted for 11 years. He is a VP in Wipro today and everyone who works in Bangalore Wipro knows this.
Merit is an opinion and Wipro has some top class professionals to know that you are as good as your last job. So don't worry. World is big enough for you to do some breakthrough work and who knows, Wipro might just head hunt you back
