if a employee has to work 3 days in a week then they are eligible to take sunday is a paid off or not (for example:- monday to wednesday is a working days and join next monday then company paid him sunday payment or not)

Dear Ankit,
To avail week off / Sunday employee has to work 48 hrs in a week only after that he can avail weekly off. Now if any employee working 12 hrs daily for 4 days then after he can eligible to take week off.
