Hello I'm Kanishka Mohapatra currently doing PGDM(PM&HRD) from a reputed college of Pune. Right now I am doing my winter internship from TCS Pune in L&D dept, most of my colleagues over here are learning officers which is different from T&D manger so what I wanted to know was what exactly are the functions of T&D HR in a big IT company such as TCS and does making learning contents for some course for the employee learners is a function of HR-T&D Dept? Please do help me with this query so I can clear it up with my mentor as she is making prepare learning contents which I feel is not a HR job Thank You
