Dears Seniors,

It had been long since I have pout across my queries.

I would be glad to get your support in this regard. My question is pretty general in nature and pertaining to all aspirant female who wants to excel in their career but have to look after their family responsibility at the same time.

I was lastly working as Manager but had to quit my job as I wanted maternity break. Now, when I look at my future I feel scared to get back to the professional world as it is getting next to difficult for me to do 9 hrs shift plus 1-2 hours travel with a small baby.

I thought through, spoke to many female at the same level to seek their suggestion. I observed that most of them have either left or taken break to raise their kids. I just want to understand can their be an opportunity for experienced professionals in education sector knowing that we have yet to get a PHd. If yes, where and how? I tried looking for MBA colleges as guest lecturer but I am not able to get a right opportunity.

Will appreciate your advise.

Thank you

Best regards

Dear Kriti,
Yes, getting back to the grind after a maternity break is a tough time. Experiensed professionals do get a chance in the education sector, but the pay is not that great. Also unless the Guest Lectures need actually arise, the proposal does not go through.
You can still do a course in teaching for the pre primary, it is about 3 to 6 months course (Tree House School) does offer thus course and then try out with High Schools, nearby your residence. The timings are around 6 to 7 hours daily...
