Dear All,
I am working a company last three and half year but company fire me with immediate effect but he is not pay my notice pay he is told me that now company not have suufficient fund after some time we will pay your notice pay. But after some time he is not pay any amount.Now i am widrawal my EPF but company not give my form-19 with signature he is tole me that you will pay first your postpaid mobile connection bill amount. i have my personel mobile number but company transfer my number in corporate post account for company use when i leave the job but my number is active after two month my mobile is close but bill is due. company is told me that first you pay your bill then we give your EPF form. One other thing is also company not deposited EPF share after Feb.15 till now and i am leave the company in may.15 . So pls suggest me what can i do legal action against company.

Non deposit of EPF deductions is an offence and if you complain to PF authorities,action will be taken against them,

What Mr.Nathrao said its right. Presently are you working? If your working you can transfer the previous PF amount to current PF account.
