Dear Sirs, I came to know an employee who drawn Rs.10000 and below (Basic+DA) is eligible for bonus as per act. But if an employee's Basic+DA is revised in middle of the year, for (eg: from Rs.9000 to Rs.11000), is he eligible for Bonus or not? if yes how to calculate the Bonus ?
