Hi,
I'm doing my MMS and I strongly prefer HR over other specialisation but the only matter of concern is that I'm worried about the payscale when it comes to HR. I've seen that the package for HR is not that good when compared to Marketing or Finance.
I know that I should not focus on money and follow my interest but due to family's financial condition I need to think twice.
Can someone please tell me what will be the starting salary after MMS in HR and what can be the max after 3 years of working?
My background: BMS and MMS from Rizvi Institute of Management studies (currently 1st year).

Dear Sameer,
Payscale depends upon the sector, location, knowledge and experience to start with. Therefore there is no minimum other than Minimum wages when it comes to freshers.
Coming to 3 years of post joining, it is completely depending upon your performance and in turn the companies performance for those years. So again there is no set critier that a certain percentage needs to be increased year on year...
So, look for a job to learn to start with. If you say that Marketing adn Finance provide more salaries, but you do not like those professions then you will be fustrated and will always want to move from that job. So do not look for money rather look for passion, for choosing your profession.
