Hi,
My ex- employer is not paying my full and final salary of 1.5 months, even after completing 2 months of maximum time.
The company is in gurgaon sohna road, I resigned and completed my notice period of 3 months as per company policy but they have no intention to pay.
4 months has been completed and still they are not paying.
The country head thought why to pay when he has left the company and writing unnecessary mail of performance and nonsense thing where as he is not even qualified to be in his position.
Please tell me how to raise a complain against the company????
I need my money anyhow.

Hi,
What was your job profile in that company? You can initiate a legal action against the company with the help of an employment lawyer as per the terms of your employment contract.

Actually I have one more query, what is rule of PERFORMANCE BONUS. As per my appointment letter it says if you complete 1 year with your company you will get the money after it. but I completed my 1 year but I resigned before 5 days of completing 1 year but as per my exp letter I worked around 1 .43 years so should I complaint against this also???
