Hi Meghal, you have to contact a Quality consultant and let him know that your company is interested in going for the ISO certification. He/she will come to your place, know in detail about the whole process and suggest you listed ways to acquire it. It is a slow but defined process where you will educate yourself while it gets implemented.

I read your message and am really thanfull for your reply. In fact I have already contacted the consultant and we have started the work for ISO.
I promise to the forum that once am clear through the proces of ISO, I will prepae the whole list and system, so that any member can utilse it for the purpose in future.
