Hi Can one share the section under factory act for casual leave as i required what is minimum CL which an employee is entitled.

factories act stipulates only earned leave which is one day for every 15 days of working in the previous calendar year. but CL is mentioned in standing orders act where it is 7 days in a year and model standing order is applicable to all establishments except those factories having certified standing orders.

Just one addition to,that : Standing orders apply only to establishment with 50 or more workers.
