Hi,
Please check your offer letter clause, if its stating that during the probation period management can relieve the employee giving notice,
Then they can do so.
As per my concern look after your future opportunities.....

Hello Ritu,
As per Model standing orders A “probationer” is a workman who is provisionally employed to fill a permanent vacancy in a post and has not completed three months’ service therein. If a permanent employee is employed as a probationer in a new post he may, at any time during the probationary period of three months, be reverted to his old permanent post.
How long is your probation period that you have agreed? If in your appointment letter it is mentioned that during the time of probation if company finds your services unsatisfactory and will relieve you in a month or something in similar line, then I am sorry to say you shall look for another Job.
You can always approach Labour court in case you feel the reason is not justified, however it will be a long fight, which need time money and energy.
My Recommendation & Advice would be look for another job and move on.
Views of seniors are welcomed.
Hope this thing helped.
Thanks,
Sagar Gulani
