Hi everyone, I am working as a HR officer in Nagpur. I need guidance for corporate culture.Means what to wear what to not. How to maintain corporate culture.

What to wear?
This aspect is one of the ingredients of presenting your company to a customer.
Clothes do make a man.
So choose a kind of dress code which communicates your company philosophy also.
But dress code alone is not company culture.It is more than mere dress code.
A great culture starts with a vision or mission statement.
A company’s values are the core of its culture. What are the kind of behaviours which can help a company to achieve goals enshrined in mission statement.
Values professed by the company should be seen in practise.
If people are your asset,then people friendly/development practises should be seen.
People are the core of your culture.So recruit with care and those who share your vision.
The top management has to show their full commitment towards sustaining company culture.

Looks like you have got a very confusing idea/notion of 'corporate culture'.
What you are looking for is info about Dress Code....and pl note that Dress Code DOESN'T form even a small part of any Corporate Culture.
Nathrao has given you enough info to handle the Dress Code aspect.
Pl see these Links--it might help you understand about what 'Corporate culture' is all about.....though, frankly, not sure IF you can implement it in your Company, since Company Culture deals more about attitudes of the Top guys & 'how' & 'why' they do what they do.....NOT 'what' they do.

Dress culture/code is one of the external manifestations of culture.

You go to a five star hotel and find starting from receptionist to GM all will be well dressed in suits,sarees and very presentable with good way of talking,polite and customer friendly.

What really makes up corporate culture goes beyond external manifestation in form of dressing,outward smiles etc is genuine customer interest.

Many of our companies fail in this aspect.

For many closing the sale/service is primary target and then the smiles fade off.

Customer service in many of large companies is a failure and one spends time even to reach a human voice in the call center.

I had a friend who got his CV made from one of the premier job sites.The salesmen were so persuasive and charming till the time he paid for making his CV and other services and after that when interview calls failed to materialise,the sales team smoothly washed their hands off,saying that this aspect is looked after by other teams.

It only shows poor corporate culture in making claims just to get a sale and with no real intention of fulfilling smooth promises.

One of the most important aspect of corporate culture is genuine customer focus and prompt service.

Just thought this recent News item about Dress Codes in Indian context would interest everyone.
Now, Lenovo India relaxes dress code for employees - The Economic Times
An excessive focus on Dress Code will & can NEVER compensate for lack of other 'Company Culture' aspects--while lack of any formal Dress Code will NEVER over-weigh the strengths in other parameters.
If time permits, suggest reading a recent Book "How Google works"--it says a lot about how culture develops in an Organization. It's more of a process starting with the Top honcho when the company is born.
There are always chances that the original culture can deteriorate along the way.....when the culture is not passed down the line as a matter of habit--reason why it's a 'process' than a one-time affair.

Tejsateesh,
Dress is a superficial cover for presentation to customers,stakeholders etc.
What matters is deep down how we a company respond to customers before,during and after the sale and other stakeholders.
Whether our interests are skin deep or genuine.
I have seen builder salesmen at their sweetest to customer till the cash is handed over and after that there is a drastic change,especially if customer wants to terminate the sale and seeks refund.
No wearing the best three piece suits or advertisements can substitute genuine care for customer or skin deep care just for landing a sale.
One may well remember that
