Dear sir,
There were 4 interviewer. As my post was asst director(computer). None of them were computer expert.
Only 1 interviewer was asking question regarding my experience certificate of current employer only because i didnt attach any copy of current employer when i was applied.
At the time of written exam i had given declartion that i will submit current employer experience certificate at interview.
Before interview i verified my all documents with experience certificate. But during interview he was asking why you were not submitted document when you applied.
Sir my interview duration was only 2-3 min.
Even they didnt appriciate me that i only cleared the written exam.
Sir pls help me

Interviewer has responsibility to select the most suitable candidate for the post. One should always expect that interviewers have the right intentions. In my view, if you can speak to them, please speak & try to find out reasons for rejection.

In govt, higher officers always wanted to select their own candidates.
