Please help me with the[B] ammended "Annual Leave Policy that is being followed in any Pvt. Ltd. Company in Karnataka".
I have read the Karnatatka Shop and Establishment Act, 1961, but would humbly request anyone will hep me in simpler terms.

Are you looking the leave policy as per the statutory under shops & commercial establishment or the the organisation that they use to follow.
Many organisations follow their own policies for Leave policy but it will be higher than what the statutory says.
