Give a legal notice for recovery of admissible dues if not already given. Make a complaint to inspector under the Shops and Establishment Act or if you are covered as s workman under ID Act, make complaint to labour commissioner for recovery of dues. Regarding gratuity dues file separate complaint to authorities under the Payment of gratuity Act.
Thanks
