Hi,
I need to complete a project report for PGDHRM. My project is going to be in my current workplace i.e; a construction firm (Proprietory) . Please help me decide which topic is much more better 1) Performance Management System OR 2) Performance Appraisal System. Or if I could do both and how to go about. In a construction firm there are different levels like project site staff (senior & junior levels) whose work is performance based, office staff whose work is not performance based. Currently there is no performance appraisal system here. My management is expecting me to do a project report base on performance appraisal which is linked to KRA's for achieving organization goals. Please help me with your guidelines to start with this project.

Hi Jessy,
I would suggest you to take Performance management System project which includes of Performance Appraisal System because PMS has the different types of prcoess like Appraisal System, SWOT Analysis, ABC System (i.e. a grading system by both emps & emp'ers) etc...
