Dear Justices436,

Has your wife filed case against you only for domestic violence or it is part of divorce case?

At the time of joining a new company, I recommend you declaring that your divorce case is in progress. Cover of "Divorce Case" could help you to get foothold in the company.

Few companies do not bother much about personal life of an applicant. However, few others, including MNCs are wary of considering candidature of a candidate whose personal life in trouble.

Lastly, what is the scope of reconciliation? This swaggering show of courage or jejuneness can be dismissed as synonym of youthfulness but silently it eats into vitality of life. "Forget and forgive" is a basic principle of life that is responsible for the progress also.

In view the this, my humble suggestion is not to leave any stone unturned for rapprochement. If you are from Bangalore then I will recommend you counselling from a particular counsellor. He has contrived reconciliation in the cases where marital discord was at its peak or it appeared that situation was at point of no return. If he counsels both of you and parents from both the sides, then I will assure your happy reunion. Just have a faith on reunion.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar

Try and reconcile.
Personal problems do not bother managements in some companies.but there may be a few companies who look for spotless records for employees.
Anyway it is not good to allow a litigation to go on as far as possible.
As learned poster above has adviced, try to resolve matters and not let family wealth get spent in legal battles.
