Dear all company is not paying my full and final , but in last month when i relive then they provide me salary slip and exp latter and all formulaties from my side done.,,
my last first three month 10% deducted salary 4500 and 10 days salary 5000
is pending 9500rs please help me i had call then they say they dont pay this given me suitable step for next

you have not provided full details of your employment ,
nature of establishment, whether it is shop/factory etc.
you are required to file complaint under payment of wages act 1936 before the shop inspector/labour officer of your area making unauthorised deductions, delayed payment of wages not making full and final payments .

i was last working in a IT company,
i joined this company in Dec 14 and after 5 month there is any problem they fired 15 person from
software departement, so almost recruitment is stop, that time i take leave of 30 days LOP
then in may 13 i visit again in company and my manager told me we are want to increase hr team right now
so i will see some where or wait for some time then they will continous with me.
then after 5 days back i give resign there.
there provide me every thing exp letter , last 2 month salary slip and every thing done.
but my last month 10 days salary and first 3 month security amount is pending, they refuse to pay this.

You were on leave without pay for 30 days 4 months after joining. Then you came back and after 5 days you resigned. I think you left without notice
So where does the 10 days salary come in ?
Further, What is the security deposit and what does it refer to? When was it given what for and how much?

when i come back to join they say they dont continuous with me , and please look a job for you. then i decide give me five day i will search and find a new job and then please relive me.
but in experience letter they give me reliving in April 10th
so now they are not paying me my full and final

Your second post and last post are different. In the earlier post you said they want to increase HR team,now you say they DONT want to increase HR team... Both situations are completely different and negates large part of the suggestions given earlier by members.
If you were on leave without pay for 30 days and within 5 months of joining the company (therefore probably in probation), it is unlikely the company will keep you. Since you have not given reason or clarified, it suspect the LWP was not approved by the company.
In such a case, they are quiet correct to give you a relieving letter for the last day actually worked. You can always discuss with them and request them to give a later date as it will help you find a job easily. But if you were LWP without approval, it's unlikely they will bother.

i will clear to you every thing, in april month company fired many person from company, every one get mail for that, in my condition i dont receive any mail for that, but for fire mail in hr dept come to my friend. but my manger stop this. But at same time
i have some urgent work, so i need leave , my manger personally to me if want to go home take long leave, (LOP)
I will update for leave in PMS, and evening i also drop a mail to my manger that , please accept my mail for leave if there is no chance for work you will reply to me, so i will search for a job.

i dont get any update after 20 days i call to HR they dont say me any thing for my reliving or other so after 30 days i visit in a company meet with my manager, so she say bhagat look some where other, i request her given me five day.
for reliving so i will search some where, then after on 22th may i resigned from my job , but they exp letter they relieve me on 10 April . one thing when after 30 days on 13 may i visit in company my all name is updated in security gate as a working emp.

on 22th may they provide me last two months salary slip and exp letter. my april month salary of 10 days is pending salary slip is with me .... and 3 month security amount 10% deducted for first 3 month

please tell me what can i do so i will easly get my salary ,,,,i know easily they dont pay..

please give me proper solution , my salary is there 15k some say above or equal 50000 salary case is handle by labour court.
if i do FIR Against it, is this is right?
