I want to know about LTA (Leave Travel Allowance) contribution. ex. My gross salary 45000 so my basic - 13500, HRA -5400, Conveyance- 800, Medical - 1250 & LTA -?. Please let me know how to calculate the LTA contribution (%)

LTA is not calculated as a percentage of salary but it an amount equal to one month/ two months basic salary and is paid once in a year. In your case, there is a mismatch of salary because the total of basic, HRA, conveyance and medical allowance comes to Rs 20950 and by adding monthly element one month basic salary for a year, ie, 13500/12, you get only Rs 1125 which is insufficient to fill up the gap. Please check the components once more and revert.
