I still recall a very good thread started by you some time in last November.
The topic was same "Increasing productivity through a positive Attitude."
There was plenty of interaction and knowledge sharing in that thread.
For the benefit of those readers who might have missed that thread I have given below the URL reference.

However I wish to bring a small detail to your notice.
The certificate is dated 5 April 2015 whereas the programme date has been given as 24 March 2014.
If the date and day are correct that is 24 March, Tuesday then it has to be year 2015.
I am sure you would like to set the records straight.
