Hello,
I am HR Technical recruiter with MNC (Non Certified & Unorganized SOP) following Autocratic business Model, I have been accused by manager (working with same organisation from past 8 Years having less Corporate Exposure also creates Nuisance indulging corporate politics) for not performing upto the mark cause of interview drop out (ratio of 5:2). Can any one please suggest the measures to be taken against the same.
afraid of escalations cause of autocratic business model followed. might result into to termination.

Hi
Thanks for the advice, purpose of posting is getting resolutions without geting separated from the organisation. Its all good atmosphere and exposure of working on veru niche skills. I have worked for 5 months on contract and then switched to this company on permanent roll working since last 6 months,
Again looking for new opportunity will show instability in my work profile.

If you think instability then you better stay & lets the days pass same as always...
Its just 6 months you worked so give your self time so that either you adjust yourself or else all will be fine.. pass some years to get a hold on..
Today if its a Black night, tomorrow you will see the bright sun with clear sky..
Keep working with full positiveness, you think positive & soon you get positive..
Its quite possible that you get to work in some other project under different manager or the existing managers leaves the job.. you dont know..
SO still n& be hold on things & keep working wisely ;)

Hi Runal,
Tank you for suggestion,
Being optimist will certainly helping me in getting out of such situation, i am more keen to know if any legal bindings could be followed to eliminate the flows,
very first i want to know whether interview drop outs should be blamed as recruiter's inefficiency??
