Hi,

I have joined a reputed IT company 3 months back. Recently it has been brought to my knowledge that the current company I am working with has blacklisted my last to last organization. Henceforth my employment with that organization is now under question.
It is however to be noted that I appeared for interview in my current organization in September 2014 and got the offer letter in November 2014. During this time I had provided my employment documents for a number of times which included employment proof from the said blacklisted organization. However my current organization did not intimate me anything regarding this.
Now after 3 months of my joining I am being asked to prove my employment. I have submitted my bank statements however that is not sufficient as because I did not receive any salary for the initial one month however I have all proper documents to support this fact. The problem is my current organization having blacklisted that organization is not ready to accept any documents that have been issued by my previous employer.
I would like to know what options are available to me in this case. Also whether can I initiate any legal action against my current organization for mentally harassing me?

The company which has been blacklisted must have been on your CV/resume and still you have been selected.
Now ask your current organisation what documentation do they require for verification of service at black listed company and ask them to give solution.
What you bring from BL(black listed) company is not acceptable-so what do they expect you to do??
Put the ball in their court by giving them copies of your documentation related to BL company and let them clarify in writing/email.

Yes you are absolutely correct. The BL company has been on my resume and the application form as well. Also I appeared for the interview in my current org in Sept 2014 and was issued the offer letter in November 2014. During this period I had submitted my all proof of employment with this BL org (Provisional appointment letter, Final Offer letter, Relieving letter and Service certificate) around five times to different HR SPOCs. But no points were being raised.
Also I was given an extension on my joining date to complete my notice period with my last organization.
It is just that I am a bit worried regarding my position in the current company also I wanted to know whether I am legally in a position to challenge the organization's perspective.
