This is vijay working as Technical recruiter in US based incorporated firm. I have done MBA in finance and Marketing. Fortunately I got break in HR field. But I know that I lack some HR skills. Please give suggestion how to improve theose skills.

Hi Vijay,
I am a student with absolutely no experience in the field and my Graduate course has dedicated only one Semester for the basic touch up on HRM, while for subjects like Marketing and Finance, nearly 3-4 Semesters have been dedicated.
Reading the articles in this site proves to be a very helpful exercise in understanding the existing practices, issues and getting to know the various terms. Many queries get posted on the forums which may well be related to your work too. Skills can be developed and harnessed through the right information and mentoring. This site would provide you with both.
