Hi, I have a small question please guide me. I worked for company say A (startup) for 8 months, then A was merged to B (startup), where I worked for 6 months. Then I resigned and joined C (MNC) currently working. Now, company B is not present physically it is closed but A is present. Will it cause any verification problem if I join company D(any MNC). What are all the supporting documents to be collected from A and B. please guide me. Thank you.

Kirankoneru - Interesting. I don't think there should be a problem as long as you retain the numbers of a few employees of A, B. And since C has already conducted a reference check, you should be okay.
Don't spend time thinking over the next job - focus on this one and you should be good :smiles:

Kirankoneru: The Bank statements are considered proof. Just in case, you might want to retain the original documents carefully.

Did you say "Co.A got merged with Co.B. And B is closed and Co.A is present" ? A merged with B but 'A' still exists ??!! Any confusion ? Secondly, why should have some apprehensions now. Bank statements might reveal the net pay credited to your Bank a/c. if it is so, these net figs. might pose some problems when you would negotiate your package with your prospective employer(s). If you possess Salary slips they would help. Then, if you have your clear relieving letters from Co.B and C these should suffice. What you fear for, I couldn't guess. Any adverse remarks in your relieving orders ? or any other matter causing concern ?
