Pls suggest that who will be the death claim receiver in case of an employee death, if his Father, Mother, Wife, Brothers or Sisters no one is there. As per Law who will be the legal heir to receive this amount.

on production of succession certificate issued by Court.If he is Hindu-then as per succession act
Class 1 Heirs or if no class 1 heirs then class 2 heirs will have to be paid vice on the matter.
