Dear Sir, My current Employer have updated Wrong Name & Date of Birth in My EPF Account. As Suggested By EPFO Website I prepared a Letter with Signature of Both mine & Employer, I have sent that Correction Letter to Regional EPFO Office with all required supportings Documents. (I.e.Aadhaar Card copy for Name Correction & 10th pass Certificate for Date of Birth Correction).
Aftr 10 days I Checked with Employee E Sewa ( UAN Menu), my Date of Birth have been Corrected but name partly corrected not fully.
Aadhaar Card Name- BASANT KUMAR LOHIYA
FATHER NAME- BHANWARLAL LOHIYA
ON EPFO SLIP NAME ( Before Correction)- BASANT BHANWARLAL KUMAR LOHIYA
EPFO NAME (after Correction) - BASANT BHANWARLAL LOHIYA
Do I need to worry for that or can relax because I have send them proper documents for corrections ( I have duly receipted letter from EPFO).
I have also worked in my previous organization for 12 Years, for that I have scheme certificate, Which also have name- BASANT KUMAR LOHIYA. When to submit the scheme certificate to EPFO Office. I Extremely worry if I submit the same in EPFO Office & if they misplaced it, I can come in trouble. What should I Do???
