One employee of our organization his running age 59 years is on leave without pay since long time (more than 3 month) he extended his leave 2-3 times. Kindly advice on my following points.
1. Can we terminate his service on ground of his long time leave i.e. LWP while his previous service period is 28 years ?
2. Is he eligible for gratuity for absence period ?
3. Can we write to him to take retirement before his superannuation.
4. What is his right to extend LWP days and how much.
