Dear All,
I am from recruitment background, I wanted to know that what should be a recruitment plan?
If my company want ten employees on board in particular time period so how much candidates a recruiter should lined up?
what will be a turn up and selection? what should be a recruitment plan?
Is there any particular ratio?

Let the ratio be 5:1 yet, a clear picture of what is the need and exact employee/subordinate/senior official is a must, the mode of selection always give the ratio in calling the candidates.. else, every thing will remain mock..
