I am in big dilemma on PF withdrawal front of my previous company. I have left TCS in 10-2014 and currently working in another MNC. Initially I have joined TCS-EServer but on April 2013 TCS has taken over TCS-EServer. So please help me to the withdrawal of PF because of some medical emergency (maternity). Date of joining in TCS eserve 25-10-2008 and date of resignation 10-2014.

You are not allowed to withdraw PF when you are working for another comoany that is subject to PF. You will have to give an illegal declaration to fool the system.
Instead you can take a loan for medical purpose from PF department.

As I have said on the forum before, to withdraw PF while still working needs a mis declaration. That is generally a bad idea. But many people do it anyway. With the new portal, it's easier to catch than before.
But you can still get away with it if you are comfortable with deliberate false declaration
