Hi
I Ankita worked with an Adwords selling company as a Business Development manager for 8 Months. There were more then 700 employees working with this company at different locations. On 11 Dec 2014 our company owner shut down this company without prior information and without paying our salaries of 45 days. The owner is going to open another company. He has money power. If we will go to labour court I think he has a plan that by declaring himself as a bankrupt, he can be arrested by Police. So in that case he need not pay our salaries. I want to file a case against this company. I want to know the complete procedure for this. The owner of the company knew very well if close this company. Then there will be many cases of labour court. And he knew how to handle this.
If any one can guide, Then guide me what to do to win this case .I shall be thankful to you.

Dear Ankita,
I recommend you approaching labour officer of your area. Instead of going alone, you may give collective representation. Find out what labour officer says. As of now, let us not jump guns on whether he is bankrupt or not.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
