i'm keerhi working as a Hr in a small company , up to now this company does not having any bank account but now they want to open bank account may i know what is the procedure to open company bank account for all the employees.

You first decide that from which bank you wanna operate the Salary account for your employees. Every bank has there own set of policy to open the salary account. It is better to discuss with the banker. If at all you want to open salary account you should have Current account and from that current account you should disburse the salaries.

to open a company bank account necessary formalities adhered to and opened in any bank. For opening a company account, the documents required are 1) ownership of the company 2) address proof 3) photos 3 nos 4) the letter pad duly signed by the owner with company seal for opening a current account 5) TIN no etc., 6) Tax forms xerox copy 7) Current account opening form to be provided by the bank authorities other wise kindly get in touch with the bank who will certainly help you out..
