what action a company can take when he finds that the employee have provided a false experience certificate and salary slip.
One of my employee has been caught with a false experience certificate & payslip. I have been told by my senior to take legal action against him.

Dear Shishir,
Falsification of documents at the time of employment is misconduct under the provisions of Industrial Standing Orders Act. You may take action against this employee. For this order the domestic enquiry, and terminate him. In case if the employee is probationer, then you may terminate him even without conducting the domestic enquiry.
By the way, when did the employee join? When and how it was discovered that he has falsified the certificates? Who was supposed to check the documents? Has the falsification been discovered in normal course of duties or it was discovered by chance? All these questions also merit your attention.
