Hi All,
Please refer the attached Notification Under Payment of Bonus Act, This is to inform you that by G.S.R No.1115(E) dated 6th December, 2016 the sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Payment of Bonus Rules providing for submission of Return under Form D (In Unified Annual Return Form-electronically) is omitted due to difficulty in filling/completing of tedious and complicated and unrealistic in the web portal.
2) As per Rule 5, Sub rule (2) due date of filling return is 01st Feb 2018 (2nd Attachment).
