hi :D i have been workking in an educational institute from last 2 months and sometimes i have been assigned the job of writing official letters. so can anyone suggest me how to write good and different types of official letters

i have recently finished my graduation in BA i.e. bachalor in arts, i have a good command on english but have problem writting official letters in different ways depending on the clients as i am working as a secretary my job include writting mails, letters, quatation etc. please help me rebuild me career.
