I have read somewhere that vehicle drivers are classified in three categories, namely Ca-I, Cat-II and Cat-III depending on the quanity of load they are carrying in their vehicle. This is for their categorization as skilled or highly skilled for paying them minimum wages.Like Cat-I drivers are highly skilled category since he is carrying more than 12 Tons of load. Could any one please refer me the Act or Rules where I can find these regulations.
Thanks and regards:
Gautam
