Dear Team,
Require an understanding pertaining to define the eligibility criteria for compensation or travel expenses.
As I am aware that based on designations the eligibility for compensation / travel expense is defined, as the designation is tagged with band / grade.
Query :- Is it correct to have the eligibility for compensation set on designation wherein eligibility for travel expense set on role?
Please give your inputs asap.
Thanks,

From India, Delhi
dear friend,
the compensation and travel expenses readily differ based on designation, because, of the dealings with the outside organisation, a peon is going to submit the documents to the other organisation and there is no discussions, but, a manager is going to discuss the issues with the other, so, there is every way the expenses is right to bear by the organisation. All other things be kept aside, as it is the best way of dealing with the outcome and not with the person...
best of luck ...
